OSM has done three projects at my home within the last year and a half. My home was built in 1962 and things are beginning to fail. The first was a rusty outdoor water pipe that was completely replaced all the way to the city water meter. Workers did an amazing job removing AND replacing the grass and pavers required to install new pipe. I also had them install a shut off valve near front of house for convenience .Second job was a broken side yard spigot and pipe. Line was rerouted the same day! I also had a bathroom exhaust fan/light go out suddenly. OSM was there the same day with recommendations. New fan/light was ordered and installed within the same week! Price and installation were very fair and professional. New fan is extremely quiet and does a much better job!
